Fast Calculation Tricks to calculate FASTER by Minoo Jokhi

I would like to share some Math Tricks with you to show how interesting and easy it can be done mentally. E.g.:
4. Add 1,2,3,4,5.......20. The answer is 210. Instead of adding all Numbers just write 20 and multiply it with- the next number after 20 i.e. 21 to get 420 and divide, it by 2 to get 210.
5. 12 times 12 =144
13 times 13 =169

21 times 21 = 441
31 times 31 = 961
Just a simple observation. This is how easy Fast Calculations can be if we do it the way we have to.
